One connected view of plumbers, jobs and day-to-day field activity

Paradise Plumbing needed to coordinate plumbers across multiple job locations, improve dispatch visibility and reduce time spent on manual follow-ups. Ficode designed and built the complete Android mobile application and administration platform from scratch, bringing dispatchers, field staff and customer communications into one connected workflow.

The AWS-hosted solution combines real-time GPS tracking, job scheduling and allocation, mobile acceptance and status updates, online timesheets, stock and parts requests, administrative reporting, customer notifications and invoicing or payment functionality.

Coordinating people and work across changing locations
